Prof. Sigurjon Jonsson co-authored a paper on the 2009 earthquake crisis and magma intrusion in western Saudi Arabia, published in Nature Geoscience in October, 2010.

Prof. Sigurjon Jonsson was the keynote speaker for the ERI workshop on Remote Sensing for Monitoring Earthquakes, Volcanic Eruptions and other Disasters in Tokyo in September 2010 and has an invited presentation at the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting in San Francisco in December 2010.

Professor Schuster's talk at 2009 International SEG Meeting - "Overview of seismic interferometry and applications in applied seismology" was recently selected as one of the "Best of SEG" and will be given at the "Best of SEG" session at the International SPE meeting in Beijing, June 10, 2010.
